We would like to share some background information to address the slower than usual IP replacements after GFW blocking.

We use Cloudflare for managing our DNS records and we update these records quite often (especially lately due to very aggressive GFW behavior).

However, Cloudflare is experiencing technical issues during the past 4 days which make these updates much slower than usual. A lot of the API calls are failing and our backend is re-submitting them once every few minutes. The details for this issue can be found here: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/hm7491k53ppg

Despite the fact that Cloudflare is showing that the issue is resolved, we're still observing errors and delays with DNS record updates. This is affecting how quickly we can change IP addresses to work around this aggressive GFW filtering, and we're hoping that Cloudflare resolves these issues soon.

** UPDATE 2023-11-06: We are observing improvements in DNS update speed and so IP replacements, service changes and new service provisioning should be getting back on track.
